Generating Documents for Transactions
if.team lets you generate bills, invoices, acceptance certificates, and other documents directly from a payment using your company’s own templates. The document is generated in real time in the transaction window and automatically attached to the transaction.

A document template can use:
- transaction data, such as the date and amount, including the amount written out in words;
- company account data, such as the name, IBAN, EDRPOU company code, and registered address, which are entered in the account details;
- counterparty data, such as the name, contact details, EDRPOU company code, and address.
Templates are configured in the “Document Templates” section of the Admin Panel, while access to them is managed in user role settings.
