Quote
This section configures reference data for quotes: statuses and the catalog of products and services.
Quote Statuses
The “Add Quote Status” window contains Status Name, Color, and the “Final Status” checkbox. Quotes with this status are displayed at the end of the list.

Categories
Categories group catalog items. The “Add Category” window contains a required Name field, a Color field, and a Subcategories section. The “+ Add” link creates a nested level.

Units of Measurement
Units are used for quote line items. The “Add Unit of Measurement” window contains two required fields: Unit of Measurement, the full name such as “Pieces,” and Abbreviated Name, such as “pcs.” The abbreviated name is displayed in tables and documents.
