Chrome Extension
The if.team extension for Chrome lets you create tasks and leads right from the page you are viewing and track time in the browser — without switching to if.team.
Tasks and leads from a page
A task or lead is created from the current page: selected text and the link are pulled into the description, and you can attach files or a screenshot — of the whole screen or a selected area. You can also create a task from the right-click menu after selecting text.
For example, you are checking a client's website and notice that a form doesn't work. Select the error text, create a task, and add a screenshot: the card keeps a link to the page, so the assignee goes straight to the problem.
AI Assist
AI Assist builds a draft from the page context: for a task it suggests a name, description, estimate in hours, and deadline; for a lead — contact details. Check the result before creating: a page does not always contain information about the scope of work or the assignee's availability.
Time tracking in the browser
The extension has a timer: you can start or stop time tracking for a task and add time manually. You see today's total and the total time for the task, and the extension icon shows how much time has been tracked today.
Candidates from job sites
The extension also adds candidates to the Recruiting module from LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, and Robota.ua pages. Read more in the Candidates article.
Installation and sign-in
You can download the extension archive from a post in the if.team Telegram channel. Sign-in works through your active if.team session in the browser. The extension supports several companies, saves unfinished drafts, and has Ukrainian and English interfaces.
After installing, try a simple scenario: create a test task from a page and check that the text, link, and attachments are saved.
