Preview office files inside the system

DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, and PPTX files can now be opened in one click without downloading them to a device. Previewing works everywhere the team interacts with files: in Documents & Files, comments, chats, and attachments added to tasks, projects, leads, and other entities.

For example, a manager can quickly review an estimate or report attached to a task without downloading the file or opening a separate application. The original file remains connected to the relevant entity, so there is no need to search for it in a conversation or cloud drive later.

Generate documents from quotes

A ready-to-use DOCX or PDF document can now be generated from a quote profile. The system takes the data already stored in the quote and inserts it into the selected template.

A document can include:

• the quote title and main details;
• client information;
• items and services;
• quantities, units, and prices;
• discounts;
• estimates and final totals;
• other available fields.

A commercial proposal, estimate, or another client-facing document no longer has to be assembled manually from several tables. Once the quote is complete, the user only needs to select a template and file format.

Company templates

Templates are added in the admin panel. For each template, the administrator can select its document type and language, then upload a DOCX file with the required design and variables.

A company can keep several versions: for example, Ukrainian and English proposals, separate templates for different services, or documents designed for a particular business unit.

Custom fields for items and services

Items and services now support custom fields. They can store characteristics not covered by the standard fields, such as weight, specifications, product codes, licence types, or internal categories.

The field remains part of the individual item, so additional characteristics do not get lost in the general quote description.
