Add a candidate straight from the sourcing page

The extension works with LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, and Robota.ua. A recruiter opens a candidate profile and launches the extension on the current page — it reads the available data and prepares it for Recruiting.

This handoff used to be the most mechanical part of the work: name, contacts, experience, position, and the profile link all had to be copied separately.

Review the data before creating the card

Automatic transfer does not mean the information is saved without review. The recruiter sees what the extension collected from the page and can correct or complete it.

That matters because websites structure profiles differently. The name and current position are often on the page itself, while the phone number or email appears only in the resume.

AI parses the resume

A resume usually holds more than a short profile: previous employers, technology stack, education, additional contacts.

Instead of manual transfer, the extension parses the document with AI and structures the data for the candidate card. The recruiter gets a prefilled foundation and spends time reviewing it rather than copying it.

The candidate goes straight into a vacancy

While creating the candidate you can select the relevant vacancy, so the person appears exactly where the team will continue working with them.

There is no need to first add someone to the general database and then search for them to attach them to a vacancy. During active sourcing, that extra step repeats across dozens of profiles.

One workflow for several sources

Recruiting rarely relies on a single website: one vacancy has more candidates on LinkedIn, another on Djinni or Work.ua.

The workflow stays the same: open the profile, read the data, review it, select the vacancy, and create the candidate. From there the work happens in if.team — the candidate stays in the database, linked to the vacancy, with the full interaction history.

How to install the extension

For now the extension is distributed as an archive and installed manually:

• unpack the archive into a permanent folder;
• open chrome://extensions in Chrome and enable Developer mode;
• click “Load unpacked” and select the folder that contains manifest.json.

After installation you can pin the extension to the browser toolbar so it is always next to the candidate profile.
