Company structure, tenure, and new team management tools
We have expanded the if.team capabilities for working with company structure and employee data. The organizational chart is now easier to view and update, employee profiles display tenure, and the workload calendar now highlights not only birthdays but also work anniversaries.

The company organizational chart can now be zoomed. This makes it easier to work with large structures that need to show several departments, teams, and reporting levels on one screen.
Departments and teams can be moved using drag and drop. After a move, the system updates their place in the hierarchy and reporting structure, so there is no need to recreate departments when reorganizing the company.

More accurate direct manager assignment
We have improved the logic used to identify the direct manager in an employee profile. If an employee manages a department, their direct manager is determined as the nearest department manager higher in the organizational hierarchy.
This helps display relationships between managers at different levels correctly and use them in the company’s internal processes.
Tenure in the employee profile
The employee profile now displays their tenure with the company. The system calculates it automatically based on the employment start date, so the information does not need to be updated manually.

Work anniversaries in the calendar
The workload calendar now shows employees’ work anniversaries. Previously, it displayed only birthdays.
The new indicator helps teams notice an important date in advance and congratulate an employee on their anniversary with the company.

Duplicating user roles
Administrators can now duplicate existing user roles. This is useful when a new role requires a similar set of permissions: the administrator can copy an existing role and change only the relevant permissions.

Search in team settings
Search is now available in team-related fields. For example, a user can quickly find the required option in the list of positions instead of reviewing the entire list manually.

The update makes it easier to keep the company structure up to date and work with employee information. Managers see a clear hierarchy, administrators configure roles faster, and tenure and important dates are stored directly in if.team.
