if.team Received €50,000 in Funding from Seeds of Bravery

if.team has received a grant of €50,000 from the Seeds of Bravery programme. This is the maximum amount the programme awards to a single project.

What Seeds of Bravery is

The programme supports Ukrainian technology startups and small and medium businesses with innovative solutions. It is funded by the European Union through the European Innovation Council (EIC). The project is delivered by a consortium of 17 partners and 2 associated partners, coordinated by FundingBox Accelerator.

The total budget is €20 million, of which €12 million goes directly to supporting 200 Ukrainian startups. Individual grants range from €10,000 to €50,000 depending on the stream.

Beyond the money, the programme aims to attract further investment, promote Ukrainian projects internationally, provide entrepreneurship training, help with entering new markets, and integrate Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem into the European network.

Why it matters

A grant with no equity dilution is a rare form of support. For a product team it means funding development without changing the ownership structure or bending the roadmap to an investor’s expectations.

For if.team it is also confirmation that the product meets the innovation criteria the EIC selects by — an outside expert assessment, independent of the Ukrainian market.
