In February 2026, if.team released several updates across CRM, the financial module, and the overall platform. New tabs, integrations, customization options, and improved analytics make managing leads, finances, and projects easier and faster. Here’s a full overview of the latest changes.

CRM Module (“Leads”) Updates

To simplify lead management and improve team communication, the CRM module has been updated:

  • Notifications tab allows you to track next actions for leads — calls, meetings, etc. — and manage them directly in the system.
  • Integrations tab provides convenient access to all connected services and their configuration.
  • Google Forms integration enables leads to be generated automatically from submitted forms and quizzes. It can be connected and configured directly in the interface. Other integrations (websites, telephony, Discord) are currently connected via support, but self-setup will be available soon.
  • Several minor improvements and bug fixes have been implemented.

Financial Module Updates

To make working with finances faster and more accurate, new features have been added for reporting and account management:

  • In P&L and Cashflow, you can now view the detailed breakdown of any cell with one click — including all transactions that make up the amount.
  • Reports can now be generated for any custom period, not just a specific month, quarter, or year.
  • In the Admin panel, accounts can be reordered and a quick search is available when creating income or expense entries.
  • Default account, payment method, and payment status can be pre-selected when creating new transactions, reducing clicks and saving time.
  • Role settings now include permissions for department heads to create, edit, and view payroll statements within their department.
  • Various minor improvements and fixes have been applied for more accurate and convenient financial management.

Platform and Interface Improvements

To make working with projects, tasks, and files more convenient:

  • In the Gantt chart, you can enable custom sorting and rearrange tasks using drag-and-drop.
  • A system ID has been added to all entities (tasks, projects, transactions) for easier identification. It can be disabled in display settings if not needed.
  • A new custom field type — date + time — has been added.
  • Reports now include a client filter.
  • Supported file formats for tasks, leads, and other entities have been expanded, including SVG.
  • Numerous bug fixes and UI improvements have been implemented.
