In if.team, a recruitment module has been introduced, along with an updated roles and access system. The idea here is simple — recruitment can now be managed directly inside the platform, and access permissions are more flexible and closer to real team workflows.
New module — recruitment
A separate module for hiring is now available.
It allows you to maintain a candidate database directly in if.team, without spreading it across external spreadsheets or services. Candidates can be grouped, quickly searched, and immediately linked to job vacancies.
Next comes the actual selection process. Each vacancy has its own kanban board where all applications and stages are visible. A candidate is not tied to a single vacancy — they can participate in multiple hiring processes at the same time and move through different stages in parallel.
All interaction history is stored in the candidate’s profile together with notes and status updates.
There are also compact cards with key candidate information.
Access control has been redesigned as well. Now you can precisely define who can see candidates and vacancies, who works only with their part of the data, and who gets broader access. Financial information for vacancies can also be hidden or shown separately. At the same time, interviewers — such as team leads or managers — can be added to the process without giving them full system access.
In parallel, integrations with job search platforms are in progress. The goal is simple — candidates should flow into the system automatically, and the hiring process should become faster and less manual.
User roles
The roles and access system has been updated.
Now permissions for changing task and project statuses can be configured separately, depending on a person’s role in the project — responsible, participant, or co-lead.
All permissions are grouped into clear sections: projects, finance, HR, CRM. The wording has been simplified, and hints have been added to make the setup easier to navigate without additional explanations.
