We’ve introduced a new Quotes module for creating and managing commercial proposals. It helps structure client offers and use them across leads, deals, projects, and financial workflows.
Creating commercial proposals
Inside the module, you can build line items from a products and services catalog. Each item supports configuration of structure, pricing, terms, and discounts. Different units of measurement and categories are also supported, allowing flexible setup for different types of businesses.
Working with leads, deals, and finances
Quotes can be linked to leads, deals, projects, and transactions. They can then be used as a basis for generating invoices and closing documents with detailed breakdowns of items, pricing, and additional data, including images.
Multi-currency and access control
The module supports multi-currency operations and includes a flexible permission system. You can configure separate access rights for viewing, creating, and editing both quotes and the product/service catalog.
What’s next
We are currently working on generating custom PDF quotes that can be sent to clients in a ready-to-use format. In parallel, we are developing analytics for products and services, including profitability insights, as well as automation for the quote creation and processing workflow.
Limits and pricing
The free plan includes up to 10 active quotes. The Pro plan removes all limits and costs $19 per month.
