How to invite an employee

This can be done in two ways:

First way

  1. Go to the “Team” tab in the workspace
  2. Click the “Invite an employee” button.

Second way to invite an employee

  1. Click the “+Add” button in the upper right corner of the workspace.
  2. Select the “Employee” menu item.

Both methods will open a window “Invite an employee”, where you can also choose one of two ways to send an invitation: “Invite with Email” or “Invite with department/group”.

How to invite an employee with email?

  1. Click the “+Add” button in the upper right corner, select the “Employee”.
  2. In the window that opens, select the “Invite with email” tab.
  3. Fill in the employee’s Email field, select Role (optional), select Type of employment (optional).
  4. Press the “Send invite” button.

How to invite an employee to a department/group?

  1. Click the “+Add” button in the upper right corner, select the “Employee”.
  2. In the window that opens, select the “Invite with department/group” tab.
  3. Fill out the fields (Department, Position, Email of the employee, Role, Type of employment).
  4. Press the “Send invite” button.
