How to add expenses. Step-by-step instructions

You can add expanses to the project in two ways:

First way

  1. “Payments” 1️⃣.
  2. Tab “Expenses” 2️⃣.
  3. Click the “+ Add expense” button 3️⃣.

Second way

  1. Go to the project. 
  2. In the “Incomes/Expenses” block, select the “Expenses” tab 1️⃣.
  3. Press the “+ Add expense” button 2️⃣.

Any of these ways opens the “Add expense” window, where you need to fill out all the necessary fields (Name of payment, Select status, Select project, iteration, amount, recipient, date of payment, payment method, Expected date of payment, comment, upload files) and make sure to click the “Add expense” button:
