Notifications

The service provided by if.team enables users to set up notifications to stay informed about changes in desired categories within the workspace: Tasks, Projects, Leads.

There are two types of notifications available: pop-up windows at the bottom of the screen (in Browser) and notifications via Telegram.

Fine-tuning of notifications can be accessed on the Profile’s page. To access it, click on the “Profile” icon at the top of the screen, then select “Notification settings”. Before fine-tuning notifications, make sure to select the company from the list.

Notification settings

You can adjust notifications using switches that turn “on” or “off” corresponding items. Each item has three setting options: “My attitude,” and two channels: “Browser” and “Telegram.” 

This way, you can choose only the necessary channels for notifications, which will be received only by the selected group of employees (All, Manager, Participant, Responsible). Changes to notifications take effect automatically immediately after selecting a specific setting.

Notification in Tasks

Notify selected groups of employees about the following task changes they are involved in: New task, Changing task status, Changing task priority, Changing task deadline, Deleting task deadline. 

Each time a task participant with relevant permissions applies changes, notifications will be sent to the specified group of employees (All, Manager, Participant, or Responsible) via browser, Telegram, or both methods. 

This allows for fine-tuning of notifications in tasks:

  1. Navigate to the “Notification Settings” tab on the profile page 1️⃣.
  2. Select the company from the list.
  3. Choose the employee category (“My Attitude”) 2️⃣. Here you can select the option “All” or several specific groups.
  4. Adjust the desired notification channels using switches.

All changes take effect automatically, immediately after selection or activation.

Notification in Projects

Notify selected groups of employees in projects they are involved in about the following changes: New project, Changing project deadline, Removing from the project. Each time an employee with relevant permissions applies changes to the project, notifications will be sent to the specified group (All, Participant, or Responsible) via browser, Telegram, or both methods.

This allows for fine-tuning of notifications in tasks:

  1. Navigate to the “Notification Settings” tab in the main profile.
  2. Select the company from the list.
  3. Choose the employee category (“My Attitude”) 1️⃣.
  4. Select the desired notification channels (Browser, Telegram).

All changes take effect automatically, immediately after selection or activation.

Notification in Leads

Setting notifications for groups of employees (All, Participant, Responsible) in Leads is just as simple and covers “Changing status” and “New comment”:

  1. Select the company from the list.
  2. Choose the employee category (“My Relationship”) “All,” “Participant,” or “Responsible.”
  3. Configure the necessary notification channels for lead status changes and comment writing.
