Calendar. Explanation of marks

Here’s a breakdown of the symbols and their meanings in the context of the calendar:

A red circle with an exclamation mark – no hours (no minutes) entered 0️⃣.

A yellow circle with an exclamation mark – entered less than 7 hours 15 minutes (default 8-hour working day) 1️⃣.

Green mark – entered more than 7 hours and 15 minutes in a working day 2️⃣.

Gray calendar – weekend (Saturday or Sunday) 3️⃣.

Arrow up – entered more than 8 hours or work on a weekend (overtime).

The gray dot is the change of month.

The blue gift package is a hand-set holiday 6️⃣.

A pale gray umbrella and a sunbed – unpaid leave not confirmed 7️⃣.

Pale blue umbrella and sunbed – paid leave not confirmed 8️⃣.

Black umbrella and sunbed – unpaid leave 9️⃣.

Pale red cross – sick leave not confirmed 🔟.

Red Cross – confirmed sick leave 5️⃣.
