The if.team service provides a basic set of roles for a new company, including Admin, Assistant, Worker, Manager, Accountant and Observer:

This list is flexible and can be customized as desired: you can edit existing roles, delete them, add new ones, and adjust permissions to suit your requirements.

The “Admin” and “Assistant” roles hold the broadest rights in the newly established company. They are equipped with the necessary permissions to modify the specific tab and fine-tune permissions for other roles, including their own.

💡 Important note! The company owner consistently possesses the most extensive rights within the if.team service workspace, irrespective of their assigned role or the settings exposed in that role. The company owner will always have full permissions, allowing them to view, edit, add, and delete any elements.
