Position

Position is an ancillary attribute of an employee that doesn’t actively influence the allocation of rights in the if.team workspace. However, it does contribute to a clearer comprehension of the company’s hierarchical structure.

Having different positions helps distinguish between employees in the same department. For instance, the “Marketing” department might encompass various roles such as SMM specialist, PPC specialist, and SEO specialist.

Positions can be assigned, edited, deleted, added, and viewed by employees with the appropriate rights displayed on the “Admin panel” → “Roles” tab.

💡 The company owner always has full access to the specified settings.
